Environment Management Division imparts training for capacity building in the
areas of Environment, Urban Water Supply and Sanitation with about 25
programmes are conducted per year for participants from all over the country,
including one WHO sponsored programme and another in collaboration with Indian
Bureau of Mines conducted recently. A few consultancy assignments have also
been carried out.
