Domain of Management & Technology has the core competency to conduct Continual Professional Development Programmes (CPDPs) and Special Tailor-made Training Programmes (also called in House Programmes) in the disciplines of both Management and Technology. These Special Tailor Made Programmes may be Concducted at the ESCI Campus or at the premises of the customer.

Soft skills and on topics like Personality Development, Leadership, Communication & Presentation Skills, Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence, Balance Scorecards, Coaching & Mentoring concepts for developing and managing the Human Resource to align their efforts towards achieving the vision and mission of the organisation. General Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Operations Management, Hospital Operational Management, Material management system, Occupational Health and Safety Management and Project Management are the other concepts in which the division possess the necessary competencies in imparting training to the professionals across different sectors.
Technology
The division possess the competencies in imparting training on pragmatic technological issues like, developments in Welding, Heat Treatment, Process Instrumentation, Non-Destructive Testing, Tool Design and Condition Monitoring, Use of RS, GPS and GIS in Minining, advancement in Drillining & Blasting techniques in Mining, Supercritcal Technology for Power Sectros, Corrosion, Tribilogy and Surface Engineering and many other technological issues.
