Training Programmes

esci_training1Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI’s) is a unique Institution and an autonomous organ set up in October, 1981 by the premier body of engineers, The Institution of Engineers (India).


It is recognized by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India as a National Key Resource Centre (NKRC). It is also a recognized institution for Training by Central Electrical Authority of India (CEA). ESCI also conducts two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) & PGDM (Infrastructure M) courses for recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


The Primary objectives of ESCI are to impart professional and need based Continuing Professional Development Programmes (CPDP) and training in frontier areas ofesci_training3 Engineering, Scientific and Management fields.


Continuing Professional Development Programmes are formulated by ESCI from time to time and announced on topics of current technology and relevance. In addition to open programmes, ESCI also designs and conducts customized in-house programmes to meet specific requirements of organization.


Over 6000 engineers, executives, scientists and managers are trained by ESCI every year through over 250 CPDPs every year. Participants to ESCI’s programmes include from India and other countries.


esci_training2ESCI’s operations are firmly grounded in its desire to act as a bridge between academic institutions, R&D laboratories and organizations in private and public sectors to promote the growth and increased availability of latest know-how and expertise to professional engineers, Scientists, executives and managers in all these sectors. Simultaneously ESCI is also engaged in providing professional consultancy and technical services to the Industry.

 

  • In House ESCI on specific request from the organisations conceives, design and conduct tailormade programmes for them. These programme are of two types:-  

    • In Campus: These programmes are conducted at ESCI campus.
    • Off Campus: These programmes are condcuted at the customer's premises.
